Well, an exciting year ahead. My new 'Welcome' Poster is due to arrive any day and my new jigsaws are ready to collect - when there is a bit less snow!!
My aim this year is to continue to promote 'Hattie and friends', in particular to Childminders.
So if you are a childminder and you've got ideas of how to reach your colleagues just let me know.

I have just approved the final proof for the new 'Hattie and friends' Welcome poster. They will now be printed and available soon.
It features a lovely illustration of Hattie, George, Nisha, Lucy and Toby. They are holding a 'Welcome' banner with lots of colourful bunting, balloons etc.

New 'Welcome' Poster
I've been working on the new 'Welcome' Poster today. Karen has done a great illustration of all the 'Hattie' characters holding a big 'Welcome' banner. It is so bright and colourful.
I've been checking the proofs and tweaking the appearnce to make sure it's perfect before going to print. Sometimes it's so hard to decide simple things like which font is used!!
I've also got new jigsaws being made so all the new products will be available soon. I will be sending out new mailings in January.
'Hattie and friends' continues to grow!

Welcome to my new blog!
'Hattie and friends' is a series of inclusive books and resources for young children.
My books feature characters with disabilities who enjoy having fun with their family and friends. Their disability is not mentioned in the text which means children accept each character for who they are.
As a Nursery Owner I looked for books like these for use in my Nurseries and when I couldn't find anything suitable I decided to meet the growing demand and Hattie was born!
